Rex Middleton has over 34 years of commercial and residential construction experience. He has built multi-million dollar hospitals, over 450 restaurants, pre-engineered metal buildings and various other residential and commercial projects throughout his career. Rex has great sub-contractor relationships and uses common sense value engineering to complete projects on time and meet owners expectations. He conducts all business with integrity and a value added focus which provides repeat win-win business relationships . Rex attained a BS Construction Management degree in 1984.
Rachel has over 20 years of experience as a controller, as well as expertise in management and accounting. Rachel is known for introducing new ideas, new ways of approaching problems and is quick to move on new opportunities. She excels with all levels of organization, leads by example, earns respect and follows through on commitments.
Steve Lancaster has over 24 years of commercial and heavy highway construction experience as both manager and owner. He has a substantial track record in business development, operations and project management. Steve has been directly involved in projects that span 34 states and range from 35,000 SF up to 2,000,000 SF. He has extensive experience in big box retail, shopping center, office/flex space and distribution center construction. Throughout his career Steve has maintained great relationships with both clients and owner/developers that resulted in continued business and long-lasting relationships.

Aaron has over 25 years of experience in both commercial construction and general contracting. He specializes in interior finish-outs for retail, office, restaurant and medical projects. Aaron combines his years of expertise with excellent attention to detail and start-to-finish client service for each and every project. His primary objective is to diligently handle all project details so that clients can focus on their core business.
